How the Gingr Booking Process Works
We use Gingr — a secure online pet-resort platform — to manage all reservations. Here’s what to expect from start to finish.
Visit the Booking Portal
Head to luckypawshawaii.portal.gingrapp.com. You’ll land on the login or sign-up screen.
Create or Log In
New customers: click New Customer and create a free account. Returning guests: log in with your existing credentials.
Add Your Cat’s Profile
Enter your cat’s name, breed, age, dietary needs, and any special notes. This profile carries over to every future stay.
Upload Vaccination Records
Current FVRCP and Rabies vaccines are required. Upload your vet records in the portal — no faxing needed.
Request Your Dates
Select your check-in and check-out dates and choose a suite. Your request will be reviewed by our team before final confirmation.
Pay the Deposit
A 50% deposit is collected securely through Gingr to hold your reservation dates. The remaining balance is due at check-out.
Receive Confirmation
You’ll get an email once your reservation is confirmed. Log back in anytime to view details or make updates.
Check In!
Arrive at your scheduled time with your cat, food, medications, and something cozy from home. We’ll take great care of them.

Checking in is simple. Here’s everything you need to bring to make your cat’s arrival smooth and comfortable.
Arrive at your scheduled check-in time
We prepare each suite before your cat arrives — arriving at your confirmed time helps us give your cat the best possible welcome.
Bring your cat in a carrier
A secure carrier helps your cat feel safe during transport and makes the hand-off calm and stress-free.
Bring your cat’s food
Keeping your cat on their regular diet prevents digestive stress. Pack enough food for the full stay plus a little extra.
Bring something that smells like home
A favorite blanket, a worn T-shirt, or a beloved stuffed toy carries the scent of home and can make a big difference in how quickly your cat settles in.
Bring any medications
If your cat takes daily medications, bring the full supply clearly labeled. See our Medical Boarding section for more details on how we handle special care.
Bring any important care instructions
Written notes about feeding schedules, behavioral quirks, or anything unique to your cat are always welcome and appreciated by our team.

If your cat is on daily medications or requires extra attention during their stay, we’re happy to help. Our team can administer oral medications, supplements, and topical treatments as part of your cat’s daily care routine — as long as a current veterinarian treatment plan is on file.
We know it can be stressful to leave a cat who needs special care. Our goal is to give you complete peace of mind while you’re away. We’ll follow your vet’s instructions carefully, keep a close eye on how your cat is doing, and reach out if anything changes.
Whether your cat is recovering, managing a chronic condition, or just needs a slower, quieter pace — we’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved throughout their stay.
