Lucky Paws Trap Text Message Terms

Prelaunch: These terms describe the planned Trap text program. Text messaging is not yet available.

Lucky Paws Hawaii, operating as Lucky Paws, offers optional text updates for people applying to borrow traps or managing a trap loan. These terms cover the Trap program. They do not enroll you in newsletters, fundraising messages or other Lucky Paws programs.

The updates you choose

You choose these updates separately:

Approval-status updates: messages about your trap-borrowing application while it is waiting for review and when it is ready for borrowing.
Loan updates: checkout and return confirmations, due-date and overdue reminders, extensions and extension decisions, and recall notices.

Text updates are optional. You can create an account and borrow traps without choosing text updates. A phone-verification message or acceptance of a lending agreement does not enroll you in recurring updates.

Frequency and charges

Messages recur while relevant to the updates you choose. Message frequency varies with your application and loans. Message and data rates may apply; your mobile plan determines any charges.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to stop recurring Trap program texts. This stops both approval-status and loan updates from this program. Contact Trap Management if you want help reviewing your messaging choices after opting out; contacting support does not sign you up again.

Reply HELP for help, or email traps@luckypaws.org for account, trap-loan or messaging questions. This email contact is available even if you have opted out of texts or cannot sign in.

Delivery and privacy

Delivery depends on your mobile service and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile information or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and retain information.

These SMS terms are separate from the agreement governing the equipment you borrow.
